Desk Audit
The desk audit is a review of the existing quality management system (company policies and procedures) to determine the degree of compliance to the requirements of the appropriate standard.
Gap Analysis
A gap analysis is a preliminary assessment of the existing quality management system. This assessment identifies what areas need improvement to meet the appropriate standard.
Action Plan
One of the basic requirements of a successful change or process improvement effort is an action plan. Action planning is used to transform assessment findings into workable plans.
Quality Requirements Training
Quality requirements training thoroughly familiarize personnel with the philosophy, rationale, and requirements of the appropriate standard. At the conclusion of this training, personnel will be prepared to operate in a quality system with a thorough understanding of not only what is required, but why.
Procedure Development
This task is directed toward assisting the customer in writing the implementing procedures required to put a quality management system into practice. During this effort, customer personnel are extensively used to ensure a thorough understanding of the procedures by the staff who will be responsible for the control and implementation of the procedures.
Implementation Review
After the procedures have been developed and are in place, Process Innovation will perform an on-site review to provide the customer with an evaluation of how effectively the quality management system is being implemented.
Ongoing Consulting
Following conclusion of the implementation review, Process Innovation will be available for consulting assistance as required by the customer. This assistance may be in responding to audit findings by an ISO Registrar, customer, or regulatory agency.
